Effective date: 30 October 2026 · Version 1.7

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website hosted at propeltech.io (the “Website”) and of the CRM application and services offered through it (the “Service” or “Propel”), in compliance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, of 11 July, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE) and other applicable regulations.

Accessing the Website and using the Service confer the status of user (the “User”) and imply full acceptance, without reservation, of every provision included in this Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with its content, they must refrain from using the Website and the Service.

1. Identification of the owner

In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of the LSSI-CE, the following identifying details of the owner of the Website and provider of the Service are made available to the User:

For any communication relating to this Legal Notice or to the legal aspects of the Service, the User may write to team@clvlabs.tech or use the contact page available on the Website.

To report content stored in the Service that you consider illegal, follow section 15 of the Terms of Service.

2. Purpose and scope

Propel is an AI-native, multi-tenant B2B CRM (Customer Relationship Management) provided commercially as a fully-managed software service (SaaS). The Service is proprietary and fully managed by the owner; it is not open-source software, nor is it distributed for installation on the customer’s premises.

By way of illustration and without limitation, the Service includes features for managing contacts, companies, leads, deals and sales pipelines; a shared inbox synchronized with Gmail or Outlook, with calendar integration; email sequences and campaigns, with open and click tracking; quotes, proformas and invoices, with public quote links, approvals and electronic signature; products and price lists; lead scoring and routing; automations; tickets and support (help-desk); appointment-booking pages; web-to-lead capture forms; telephony and WhatsApp Business integrations; import from other CRMs; reporting and analytics; browser notifications; an AI-based sales assistant; a public REST API and webhooks; and a catalogue of third-party connectors.

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Website and its informational pages. Propel is provided by CLV LABS SL. Use of the Service itself is governed by the Terms of Service, accepted when an account is created; plan prices, limits and trial conditions are described on the pricing page. Any separately agreed commercial terms remain governed by the corresponding agreement.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is, as a general rule, free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User. Access to the Service requires an account, which anyone acting for a business can create on the Website; doing so accepts the Terms of Service.

The User undertakes to make diligent, correct and lawful use of the Website and the Service, in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, morality and public order. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from:

• Using the Website or the Service for unlawful purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way capable of damaging, disabling, overloading or impairing the Website, the Service or third parties’ computer equipment.
• Introducing or spreading computer viruses, malicious code or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing damage.
• Attempting to access, use or manipulate data, accounts or restricted areas of the owner or of other users, or breaching the security and inter-organization isolation (multi-tenant) measures of the Service.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming or reverse engineering the Service, its software or its code, except with express authorization (see clause 4).
• Using false identities or impersonating third parties, as well as entering third parties’ personal data into the Service without adequate legal grounds.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Service and the software supporting it are the exclusive property of CLV LABS SL or its licensors. All intellectual- and industrial-property rights over the Website, the Service, the underlying software, the source code, the databases, the designs, the navigation structure, the texts, the trademarks, the logos, the trade names, the distinctive signs and the other elements comprising it are reserved in their entirety.

In particular, the “Propel” trademark, the corporate colours, the visual identity and the brand typography are the property of their owner. Nothing in this Legal Notice implies the assignment or transfer, in whole or in part, of those rights to the User.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, decompilation, disassembly or any form of reverse engineering of the Service’s software, as well as the extraction, reuse or exploitation of the databases, without the prior, express and written authorization of the owner, is expressly prohibited. Being granted access to the Service confers only a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use it in accordance with the applicable conditions, and no ownership right over the software.

Third-party logos and trademarks that may be displayed in the connectors marketplace or on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and interoperability purposes.

5. Exclusion of liability and availability

The owner provides the Service with due professional diligence and adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures for its proper functioning. Nevertheless, the Service is offered “as is” as regards its availability, without prejudice to any service-level commitments that may be agreed contractually.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection regulations, the owner shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions, suspensions, delays, errors or failures in access to or in the operation of the Website or the Service due to causes beyond its control, maintenance work, force majeure or incidents at technology providers.
• Damage or harm arising from improper, unlawful or negligent use of the Website or the Service by the User, or from a breach of this Legal Notice.
• The accuracy, truthfulness or lawfulness of the data and content that the User or their organization enter into the Service, responsibility for which lies with whoever provides them.
• The results generated by the artificial-intelligence features, which are indicative in nature and must be reviewed by the User before basing any decision on them.
• The presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties unrelated to the owner.

The owner reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website or the Service for maintenance, security or upgrade reasons.

6. Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services (for example, integrations or connectors). Such links are provided solely for the convenience and information of the User and do not imply any recommendation, sponsorship or verification of their content by the owner.

The owner exercises no control over such third-party sites and content and assumes no responsibility for them, for their availability, or for any damage or harm that may arise from accessing or using them. Access to third-party sites is at the User’s sole responsibility and subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies. If a third party considers that a link established from the Website is inappropriate, they may report it via team@clvlabs.tech.

7. Data protection

The owner processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Ley Orgánica 3/2018, of 5 December, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD) and other applicable regulations.

With respect to account, Website and usage data, the owner acts as data controller. With respect to the personal data that the customer organization and its users enter into the CRM (the “Customer Data”: contacts, leads, deals, activities and emails), the owner acts as data processor, the customer being the controller of that data.

Detailed information on purposes, legal bases, categories of data, retention periods, recipients, international transfers and the exercise of rights can be found in the Privacy Policy. The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to team@clvlabs.tech. The User may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Cookies

The Website and the Service use cookies and similar technologies. Those strictly necessary for authentication, session maintenance and the User’s settings are indispensable for providing the Service. Three categories are optional, and the User decides on them in the cookie banner, under the LSSI-CE and the ePrivacy rules. In analytics, Propel’s own product analytics and, on propeltech.io only, Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, are used solely with the User’s prior consent, while Plausible’s visit statistics and Cloudflare Web Analytics’ page-speed measurement, which store nothing on the device, run unless the User refuses them. The partner link, which keeps a Propel partner’s referral code, is kept only with the User’s consent. Advertising, on propeltech.io only, is Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, run through Google Tag Manager, which measure which of Propel’s ads lead to a demo request or a booked demo and show Propel’s ads to the User on other sites and on LinkedIn; it is used solely with the User’s prior consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Any choice can be changed at any time from Cookie settings.

Full information on the types of cookies used, their purposes and the means to manage them or revoke consent is set out in the Cookie Policy.

9. Commercial communications

In accordance with Article 21 of the LSSI-CE, the owner will not send commercial communications by electronic means without the recipient’s prior consent, except in the cases permitted by law (for example, where a prior contractual relationship exists and the communications relate to similar products or services).

The User may object to receiving commercial communications and revoke any consent given at any time, simply and free of charge, through the unsubscribe link included in each communication or by writing to team@clvlabs.tech.

10. Amendments

The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Website and the Service, as well as this Legal Notice, in order to adapt them to legislative, case-law, technical or business developments.

Amendments shall take effect upon their publication on the Website. The User is advised to review this Legal Notice periodically. Continued use of the Website and the Service after changes are published implies acceptance of the version in force.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Website or the Service, the parties, expressly waiving any other forum to which they might be entitled, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable where the User qualifies as a consumer and those rules determine a different forum.
