Contacts, companies, deals, tasks and quotes live together, and the inbox shows each conversation next to the customer it belongs to. Nobody copies an email into the CRM by hand.
AI you stay in charge of
The assistant drafts replies, fills in the fields a conversation answers and prepares the next step. Every change it makes is shown and can be undone, and a workspace can have it wait for approval first.
Your data stays yours
Hosted in the EU, each workspace isolated in the database itself, no model of ours trained on it, and never sold. Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional.
Fast to work in
Keyboard shortcuts, a command palette and screens that work on a phone, so updating the CRM takes less time than skipping it.
Our story
Propel started in Barcelona in 2025 from something every sales team knows: the best people spent more time feeding the CRM than talking to customers, and deals still slipped, because the tool recorded the past instead of helping with the next move.
So we built the CRM we wanted to use: email next to the customer, an assistant that drafts the follow-up and keeps records current, and every change visible and reversible. In nine languages, hosted in the EU, with privacy as the starting point rather than an extra.
